The parish council is a consultee and aims to comment on all planning applications in this Parish. It does not make decisions as these are made by the planning authority which in our case is Cornwall Council. The parish council does not and can not offer advice. However, the parish council would welcome additional information or explanation on any applications to help inform its comments as a consultee. Please make your opinions heard by talking to any of the Councillors, through the clerk, or by attending the public sessions at our planning or full council meetings. Of course you can also comment directly on any planning application yourself and the parish council would encourage you to do so.
For the definitive (and most up to date) list of applications please visit Cornwall Council’s online planning portal and you may wish to restrict the view to “Grampound With Creed” by choosing it as the Parish from the drop-down list.
Please note that some applications on the boundary with neighbouring parishes may affect our parish.
